Transfert des activités aériennes de CSA vers Smartwings

Welcome to the websites of Smartwings and Czech Airlines.

In the context of the new governance structure of our companies, České aerolinie a.s. (Czech Airlines j.s.c., CSA) has newly become a holding company vesting 100% of shares in Smartwings, a.s. (Smartwings) and assumed the role of strategic management for both companies.

In order to increase the efficiency of the new structure, all CSA's existing business activities were consolidated into Smartwings. The consolidation is effective as of 1 November 2024 and was effected by means of incorporation of CSA's business into the equity of Smartwings.

All flights of our companies are, thus, now operated exclusively by Smartwings.

All tickets and miscellaneous documents for additional services purchased on the website of Czech Airlines are tickets or miscellaneous documents issued by Smartwings.

Tickets and miscellaneous documents for additional services purchased earlier remain valid without any changes.
